Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At House of Raadhana, we specialize in premium sarees and ethnic wear. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Due to the nature of sarees and fabrics, we follow a strict but transparent return and refund policy.


1. Returns & Replacement Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

To raise a request:

  • A clear 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Show sealed packaging
    • Capture the full unboxing without cuts
    • Clearly show the issue

❌ Requests without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted


2. Reporting Timeline
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Unboxing video
    • Order details
    • Description of the issue

3. Resolution Process

After verification:

  • Replacement of the same saree (subject to availability), OR
  • Store credit, OR
  • Refund (in valid cases)

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Request raised after 24 hours
  • Saree has been worn, washed, or altered (including blouse stitching or fall/pico done)
  • Minor color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
  • Slight weaving/print irregularities (common in handcrafted sarees)
  • Change of mind after purchase

5. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation is not allowed if:
    • Order is processed or packed
    • Order is shipped

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled


6. Non-Cancellable Products

The following are not eligible for cancellation or return:

  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Sarees with blouse stitching, fall, or pico completed
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

7. Products Not as Described

If the saree received is significantly different from what was shown:

  • Report within 24 hours
  • Provide photo/video proof
  • After verification, appropriate action (replacement/refund/store credit) will be taken

8. Refund Processing
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank/payment delays may vary

9. Limitation of Liability

House of Raadhana shall not be liable for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or weave
  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference

10. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject return/refund requests after verification
  • Take final decisions in case of disputes

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting.
